"Via Christus" means "the Way of Christ". This Way that Jesus showed us is a journey marked by the practices of generosity, celebration, service, compassion, and above all, love.

Via Christus Community Church was a community of friends seeking to live in the Way of Jesus. From January 2006 through June 2008 we were a church in the far west suburbs of Chicago, centered in Yorkville, Illinois, that worked to transform the lives of people, the greater Yorkville area, and our whole world with Christ's way of justice, mercy and love. Our goal was to help each other experience this way of life together with us in a vibrant and caring faith community.
